Non-urgent advice: The Aims of the Patient Group
We would like to know how we can improve our services and get input on ideas and proposals about any changes. To help us with this we have a Patient Reference Group which includes representatives from all five of our GP surgeries. The Patient Reference Group is the representative body for all of our 68,000 patients.
The focus of the Reference Group will be to work with our Board and senior managers on shaping the future of services across the partnership and our overall strategy. When the Reference Group recommends gathering more detailed feedback, each of the practices can do this via their own Virtual Patient Panel and Facebook Patient Group.

Getting Your View
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
